Hygiene Kits for Boaz & Ruth
Beneficiary:
Boaz & Ruth

Purpose: The mission of Boaz & Ruth is to empower Highland Park through connecting neighbors, rebuilding lives, and renewing spaces. Their vision is a thriving, flourishing, and fully empowered Highland Park community. Many community members returning from incarceration or facing housing instability struggle to access basic hygiene essentials. A simple hygiene kit can restore dignity, boost confidence, and support someone’s journey towards stability. By assembling these kits, you’re not only providing necessities, but showing compassion, building community, and making a real difference in someone’s life.

Volunteers are asked to assemble 2 hygiene kits.

How To:

1. Sign up for the project below. Every person who plans to volunteer (including youth) must sign up. You can create a volunteer team to sign up your group or family members. Read about how to create and manage teams.

2. *Review the instructions and supply list here.*

3. DIY! We ask that each participant put together at least 2 Hygiene Kits. There is no maximum contribution for this project, but we will not be able to document more than 3 service hours for any DIY project. Please sign up for only one drop-off date.

4. Bring your completed DIY to the drop-off location on the date and within the timeframe you sign up for.  No DIY form or youth waiver is needed.
