SOAR365 Ladybug Silent Auction & Winetasting Event
SOAR365 creates life-fulfilling opportunities for individuals with disabilities, annually serving over 2,100 people and their families. Founded in 1954, SOAR365 is an organization created by families, for families, an organization that has grown to provide a continuum of programs and services for individuals with disabilities across their lifespan.
The 2026 Ladybug Fund Winetasting and Silent Auction is SOAR365’s biggest event, supporting our mission to create meaningful opportunities for children and youth with disabilities. We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event a success! This year the event takes place Saturday, April 11th, with set up and clean up shifts Friday and Sunday. We need over 80 volunteers to make this event happen, so sign up with a group, team, your family, with friends, or on your own!
This year’s celebration promises an unforgettable experience where guests will enjoy culinary creations, unique wine and beer, live jazz performances, and a silent auction with exclusive experiences and items up for grabs. Volunteers are the heart of this event, and we’re looking for support in various roles, including pre-event setup, event-night assistance, and post-event breakdown. Whether you’re greeting guests or working behind the scenes, your contributions will play a big role in the success of our largest fundraiser of the year.
Volunteers are still needed for:
- Friday, April 10 - Set Up (age 12 and up with adult)
- Volunteer check-in (age 21+)
- Beer and Mocktail Station (age 21+)
- Silent Auction Runner (age 21+)
- Guest check-in/check-out (age 21+)
- Mobile Bidding Assistant (age 21+)
- Post-Event Cleanup-Sunday, April 12 (age 12 and up with adult)
