Volunteers Needed: Bingo, Beats & Safer Streets! (VCU)

The City of Richmond’s Office of Neighborhood Engagement (ONE) was established in 2024 and plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships between residents, community leaders, and local government. ONE coordinates services for neighborhoods, fosters a sense of community, promotes active participation, and contributes to the overall well-being and vibrancy of our neighborhoods.

The Office of Neighborhood Engagement has partnered with the Office of Gun Violence Prevention and the Richmond Police Department to host an 8-week series called Bingo, Beats & Safer Streets — a fun and meaningful way to connect with our older adults while promoting safety awareness and community engagement.
