Event Support: Game of Tiaras middle school play
Brief Organizational Description:
Start 1 Spark transforms the future by igniting student potential through school extracurricular activities.
Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
The Falling Creek Middle School Performing Panthers are taking the stage to present Game of Tiaras! Students have been perfecting their lines for weeks and need your help to make the show come to life. After helping students prepare for their debut in this hilarious rendition of Game of Thrones, we invite you to stay for the show!
Volunteer Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set-up and serve pre-show dinner (Friday only)
- Manage ticket sales
- Provide Playbills to attendees and escort to seats, as necessary
- Support concessions during intermission
- Assist with backstage set, prop, and costume preparation, as necessary
Qualifications, Skills, & Requirements:
- Positive and warm personality to interact with students and families.
- Willingness to find school personnel to address any questions from attendees.
Time Commitment:
Once duties are complete, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the performance!
Other Information (if applicable):
- Volunteers will be greeted at the main entrance and given directions to the various indoor locations upon arrival.
- Volunteers should wear comfortable shoes to support standing and walking for brief periods.
- Please wear school appropriate attire.
- There is plenty of parking in the school parking lot.
