Administrative Assistant Volunteer

As a Volunteer Recruitment Team Member specializing as an Administrative Assistant Volunteer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary coordinator for our internal programs, such as GroupShare. Your responsibilities will include managing the calendar and ensuring all events and meetings are efficiently organized and scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
- Engagement with Potential Volunteers: Inform potential volunteers about available opportunities in their area. Assist them throughout the application process and provide follow-up support until they are fully onboarded.
- Operational Support: Contribute to the team's success with data input and other administrative tasks, maintaining smooth operations and enhancing communication skills.

Requirements:
- A commitment of at least 6 months and 4 hours per month.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (a Red Cross vehicle and gas card will be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and positive attitude.
- A willingness to learn and follow the Red Cross policies and procedures
