https://www.dejourvillage.orgDJ It Takes A Village Too is a nonprofit organization serving Richmond and the Tri-City areas with a mission to uplift families, support childcare business owners, and build stronger communities. We provide essential resources through community outreach events, parent education, children’s programs, and mental-health-focused support for mothers and caregivers. In addition, we equip home-based and small childcare business owners with training, leadership development, and business-building tools that strengthen program quality and sustainability. Our work bridges family support, early childhood education, and entrepreneurship by creating a safe space for caregivers and educators to learn, grow, and connect. Our signature programs include seasonal community events, empowerment workshops, childcare business training, and partnerships with local organizations to deliver resources directly to families. Through our work, we empower families to thrive and help childcare professionals create legacies that impact generations.
