Mayor Danny Avula invites you to serve alongside his team this fall for the Mayor’s second “Days of Service” event on September 18-20.
Serving together teaches us about the critical issues facing our neighbors and helps us see perspectives beyond our own. It’s relationship-building and change-making at its best. That’s why Danny believes that a culture of service is a key element of both democracy and a thriving Richmond.
September events focus on service projects that advance the housing needs of our growing city. Organizations across Richmond are hosting projects that address housing supply, sustainable housing repair, and resource navigation for our homeless community.
