James River Park: Make this Field a Flowerbed--Family Friendly!
The James River is the heart of our city: home to beautiful vistas, white capped rapids, and wildlife from eagles to sturgeon. Fields around the Reedy Creek area used to be filled with wildflowers. Help James River Park staff spread new wildflower seed to reestablish these species, beautify the park, and promote plant diversity. Help keep Richmond's parks beautiful for us and those crazy looking sturgeon!
Please dress weather-appropriately, wear comfortable shoes, and bring a water bottle.
