CIS of Chesterfield Volunteer Month 2026
April is Volunteer Month at Communities In Schools (CIS) of Chesterfield and we’d love for you to join us! All month long, we’re celebrating the power of community and the incredible difference volunteers make in the lives of students. At CIS, our mission is to surround students with a network of support so they can stay in school and achieve in life, and volunteers are a huge part of that story. With 16 schools across Chesterfield County, there are so many ways to jump in: spruce up a courtyard, help with field day fun, read with students, or lend a hand wherever it’s needed most. Pick the perfect day and time for you or your group to join us in supporting our students! Further details will be emailed to volunteers based on their registration.

Elementary Schools: Bellwood, Bensley, Chalkley, Ettrick, Falling Creek, Harrowgate, Hening, Hopkins, and Marguerite Christian
Middle Schools: Carver, Falling Creek, Manchester, and Salem Church
High Schools: Carver Academy, LC Bird and Meadowbrook
