Service Enterprise Info Session
Please join the Community Foundation for a virtual info session for nonprofit staff to learn more about Service Enterprise. We invite staff of all levels to participate (Volunteer Engagement staff, Program staff, Development staff, Executive Leaders, etc.)
Service Enterprise is a research-based change management program that builds an organization's capacity to strategically engage volunteers to support their mission. Participating organizations take a self-assessment, participate in group training with a cohort, and receive customized coaching in preparation to earn national accreditation.
The info session will cover:
- The program components of Service Enterprise
- The benefits organizations gain from participating
- Insight into determining if your organization is ready for Service Enterprise
- Details on the timeline for our next Service Enterprise cohort
- Information on program pricing (the Community Foundation offers this comprehensive program at a highly reduce rate
