Bilingual Interpreter (Spanish) for Fit4Kids Fun Fest
Brief Organizational Description:
Fit4Kids is a local nonprofit dedicated to improving children's health and wellness through physical activity and healthy eating. Fun Fest is an annual event we host to encourage outdoor play, family fun, and wellness for families with elementary aged kids.
Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
We are looking for two bilignual interpreters to make the event accessible for spanish-speaking families.
Volunteer Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist spanish speaking families as they interact with activity stations and volunteers/staff for the duration of the event.
Qualifications, Skills, & Requirements:
- Fluent in spanish and english
- Friendly with children and families
Time Commitment:
Fun Fest takes place between 2pm - 4pm on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
