Invasive Plant Removal
When you are volunteering, please follow these tips for healthy volunteering. HandsOn Greater Richmond emphasizes the importance of wearing a mask, social distancing, and not volunteering if you don't feel well.
Volunteers will remove invasive plants such as English ivy, Japanese honeysuckle, privet and winter creeper from areas where native trees and plants are growing. Bring gloves and water. Hand clippers are helpful.
