Buttermilk Trail West Invasive Plant Removal
We will be removing invasive plants along the Buttermilk Trail to encourage native plant growth and native tree regeneration. We will be working off-trail on uneven terrain and slopes and occasionally around small streams. This is strictly manual removal, no tools involved.
WHAT TO WEAR:
- Long pants that cover the ankle
- Long sleeve shirt
- Sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots
WHAT TO BRING:
- Bottle of water
- Snack if you need it
- Your own work gloves if you prefer (work gloves will be provided)

NOTE The 42nd St Entrance is a large, paved parking lot across the street from 4318 Riverside Dr. If the yellow gates are locked, use street parking and meet us in the lot.
